Appointments are free and can be canceled or modified without charge, typically with a 24-hour notice.

Appointments are available 24/7, except on weekends, thanks to a rotation between teams in France and Canada.

Quotation requests do not constitute a contractual commitment unless the quote is expressly accepted by the user.

3.3. Product Orders

7.1. Disclaimer of Liability for Technical Issues, Failures, or Service Interruptions
